TASTE UP YOUR MOTIVATION

A top team knows how to work together. Do you know who you are working with?

The concept: 4 steps to (even) more team success

DISC Dining (over lunch or dinner) creates the basis for increasing motivation and team performance, which ultimately leads to joint success: appreciative and clear communication, mutual trust and coping with stress and conflict situations.

DISC Dining starts with an initial exchange with at least one person from the team. We will explain the exact next steps and clarify your wishes, needs and any questions you may have. Possible dates for holding the workshop can be discussed on request.

Before we meet for the workshop, all participants will complete a “Quick Check” from persolog.

This questionnaire forms the basis for the workshop and, in addition to the digital version, will also be given to each participant at the workshop as a bound booklet.

In addition to the link to the questionnaire, participants can indicate their preferred menu choice (meat/fish, veggie, vegan) and any allergies with a click of the mouse.

The event takes place in a location of your choice in a relaxed atmosphere. Using concrete and interactive examples, participants learn the basic principles of the DISC model, get to know themselves and each other better in terms of working behavior and receive input, based on the team profile, on how they can work together even more effectively and harmoniously. The workshop will be accompanied by culinary delicacies. DISC related!

You receive the tools and motivation to continue working on your team. We meet again after about 4 weeks to exchange impressions and feedback on the workhsop and to discuss the effectiveness at team level. We are happy to help you arrange in-depth follow-up workshops via our label TEAMconnect.

«Particularly entertaining and informative workshop: The presentation of the results of the personal profiles in the DISC bowl is very creative and ultimately the team members get to know each other better by sharing the personal results and motivations and understand each other, which strengthens the cooperation.»

“Food is not just calories, it is information. It talks to your DNA and tells it what to do. The most powerful tool to chance your health, environment and entire world is your fork.”

Wofür steht das DISG und wie hilft das meinem Team?

What does the DISC stand for and how does it help my team?

We work with the persolog© personality model to analyze natural work behavior and changes in stressful situations. It describes the individual combination of the four behavioral styles Dominance (D), Initiative (I), Steadiness (S) and Conscientiousness (C) – Gewissenhaft (G) in German.

The course leaders are certified trainers of the persolog© personality model. The Persolog© personality model is an internationally recognized representation of the DISC® profile.

Each team member gets to know and understand one’s personal behavior and that of teammates better. This will enable the team to act more confidently and constructively, conflict-free and result-oriented in various everyday and sometimes challenging situations.

This optimises the quality of interaction, mutual understanding and acceptance, and increases individual and joint ability to act.
